Tatty ted Afghan Pt. 8

I have been working hard on the afghan, its a project that really drags on for me, but with hardly any time left now I can’t pick it up & put it down.

Suffice to say I am sick to the back teeth with it. I have brought the backing fabric- Doctors cloth or wool Flannel, & have also made a blankie so that I could practice binding, which didn't turn out too bad. Just need to buy the wadding and I'm good to go at least on making up the afghan. I still need to buy some backing for the cot bumper.

I ordered some toosh tags, when they arrived they were awful, so I made my own to use on my bears.

George will be going to his new home tomorrow.

TT Afghan Part 6 A flower for you

Well, I am now halfway through on this project. Here is a flower for you and a view of the afghan at the half way point.

Its not my usual subject and although I am enjoying the stitching, the colours really are starting to grate, I hope I never see Grey again!.
